Heather H Lenkin

Heather Henricks Lenkin was born in River Forest, Illinois, where she found early inspiration in the hallmarks of the Prairie School architecture movement as embodied in the work of Frank Lloyd Wright.

An honors student at the University of Arizona, Lenkin studied landscape architecture, architecture and interior design. She furthered her education with studies abroad at the Grand Lycee d’Antibes, France and the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as at the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

In recognition of her pursuit of excellence as an undergraduate, the University of Arizona named Heather Lenkin its 2005 National Professional Achievement Award recipient and designated an area of its Norton School the “Heather Henricks Lenkin Honor Student Center.” In 2006, her lifetime-to-date achievements were honored by the Pasadena Museum of History.
