As we incorporate revisions from the Second Review, Lenkin Design elaborates your approved Schematic Design into a fully defined Final Design. Plants, materials and finishes are specified at this time.
In the third and Final Design Review, we discuss issues such as:
– Potential phasing of your project
– Estimates for future design and construction
– Potential schedule for project documentation and construction
– Possible compliance requirements for local regulations
At this point you can sign off on the design, approving the start of Stage 4. If further revisions are still necessary, we are happy to accommodate them, but these hours are not included in the original estimate. (how long after Second Review?)
